At PageHex, we strive to provide high-quality web design services that meet our clients’ expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This Refund/Return Policy explains our process for requesting refunds or cancellations, and outlines the conditions under which we offer them.
1. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds for the following:
- Completed Projects: Once the project has been completed and delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued.
- Partial Work: If the project is in progress and the client decides to cancel, a partial refund may be offered based on the work completed up to that point, minus any applicable fees.
However, we will work closely with you to ensure that you’re satisfied with the results. If you’re unhappy with the final product, please reach out to us for revisions or adjustments.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Work Begins: If the client wishes to cancel the project before work begins, they may do so by providing written notice. In this case, the deposit paid (if applicable) will be refunded, minus any administrative or setup fees incurred.
- After Work Begins: If the client decides to cancel the project after work has started, the deposit or initial payment is non-refundable. Refunds for the balance will depend on the stage of completion and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Revision and Design Approval
- We offer a set number of revisions as part of our design packages. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be billed at an hourly rate.
- Clients are encouraged to review and approve each design stage before proceeding to the next step. Once the design has been approved in writing (via email or project management tools), the project will move forward, and no refunds will be given based on dissatisfaction with the design after approval.
4. Delivery Issues
If there are issues with the final product (e.g., the website isn’t working as expected or has major errors), we will address and resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost. We ask that you notify us of any technical problems within 30 days of project delivery.
5. No Refunds for Hosting or Third-Party Services
If you purchase a hosting plan or third-party service through PageHex, these services are non-refundable as they are managed by third-party providers. We will, however, assist with any issues related to those services and ensure they are set up correctly.
6. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at [admin@pagehex.com] within 30 days of receiving your service or project delivery.
- Provide detailed feedback about the issues you are facing and the reason for your refund request.
- We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days if approved.
7. No Refunds for Client-Provided Content
We are not responsible for the quality of content provided by the client (e.g., text, images, logos). Refunds will not be issued if dissatisfaction arises from issues with client-provided materials.
8. Dispute Resolution
If any issues arise that cannot be resolved amicably, we encourage you to contact us to work through a solution. If necessary, we may escalate the matter to a formal dispute resolution process under the laws of India.
9. Changes to this Refund and Return Policy
PageHex reserves the right to update or modify this Refund/Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
